Terms and Conditions

 

Payment -  Payment in advance is required for all sessions. Payments can be made in cash, through the website/app, or via bank transfer.

 

Session Etiquette - Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the session start time to ensure you can set up, discuss any issues/ailments and begin your session on time.

 

Grip socks are mandatory for all sessions/classes. In some circumstances, bare feet are acceptable however, for hygiene socks are required for feet in straps. 

 

At the end of each session, a thorough wipe down of equipment is required. Please use the wipes supplied. 

 

For 1:1 sessions, if you are late, your session will still conclude at the advertised time (resulting in a shorter session).

 

For semi-private or group sessions, if you arrive late, you must follow the instructor's warm-up instructions for safety.

 

Glass drinking vessels are not permitted in the studio due to safety concerns. Please use metal, ceramic, or plastic drinking vessels.

 

Phones must be on silent mode during sessions.

 

Course/Pass Expiry If you purchase a course, sessions do not accumulate or carry forward.

 

All packs (e.g., 10-pack class passes) are valid for 3 months from the date of the first session.

 

Cancelling/Rescheduling Sessions For group classes, cancellations must be made through the app or online at least 4 hours before the session. You will receive a credit refund for your class.

 

Course sessions cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. If you miss a course session this week, you cannot make up for it with an extra session next week.

 

For 1:1 sessions, a 24-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid losing your session credit.

 

Rescheduling is free if you provide more than 12 hours’ notice and rebook within the set days and times published on the website/calendar link.

Your cancellation fee/credit will only be waived in exceptional circumstances, which are at my discretion. Examples of exceptional circumstances include:

  • Death or hospitalization of a direct family member (parent, spouse, child, sibling)

  • Natural disaster events such as floods, tornadoes, or forest fires

Normal fluctuations in daily routines, including work, school, or family timetables, are not considered exceptional circumstances.

Memberships - 

To cancel your membership, you must provide 24 hours written notice by texting 0433 979 977 or via email info@alignfitness.com.au, stating your full name and the desired membership end date.
